Usually not as it is. EU and UK labels need a local responsible person’s details, a full ingredient list and, in the EU, the language of each market you sell in.
Do new shades need new paperwork?
Each new product needs its safety assessment and notification before it goes on sale. We revisit requirements whenever you add products, channels or markets.
Can ExpandNow provide our Responsible Person?
Yes. We can act as your Responsible Person in the EU and UK, submit your product notifications, and prepare safety reports and product files. If you already have a Responsible Person, you can keep them.
Can you check our labels and claims?
Yes. We review formulas, labels and claims against EU and UK rules and flag anything that needs to change before launch.
