Proportions are illustrative. On a marketplace, the marketplace deducts its own fees before settling, and payouts start monthly, moving to weekly or daily once trading is established. Tax rates vary by market and product, and your commercial agreement sets the final terms.

Do I have to use ExpandNow for import, compliance or logistics?
No. Merchant of Record is the core of every setup; import, compliance and logistics are yours to take from us or bring yourself. Keep your importer, compliance partner, forwarder and 3PL, and ExpandNow adds the local seller on the channels you choose.
Is everything really included in the percentage?
The rate covers the services listed for its plan. Marketplace commissions, promotions and fulfillment fees are charged by the marketplace, deducted before settlement and shown in your reporting. Implementation and currency conversion terms are confirmed in your commercial agreement.
Are there discounts for scale?
Businesses with more than €1M in annual gross merchandise value (GMV) may qualify for tiered pricing. Talk to us for a personalized quote.
Is there a contract minimum?
Minimum commitments depend on your markets, channels and sales volume, and are set out in your commercial agreement. Ask us for a quote and we’ll be specific.
